The Position
Our client is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to fill a position in the Oshkosh, WI (Fox Valley) market. This selected candidate will be responsible for business development, relationship management and client experience for commercial relationships, within an assigned geography, as well as collaborating with business partners to create needs-based solutions and services for the client.
This position includes a generous base salary, full benefits packed and is bonus eligible.
Commercial Relationship Manager responsibilities include:
Sourcing prospects and developing new customer relationships within defined target markets, creating and managing an effective prospect list and performing activities to insure growth in loan portfolios.
Cross-selling of the Bank's lending, depository and Treasury Management products to new and existing bank clients.
Reviewing client credit needs and design solutions.
Negotiating credit terms, loan repayment methods and collateral specifications with client.
Managing existing portfolio of clients and monitor client relationship for compliance with credit standards.
Evaluating potential customer loan requests and makes loan recommendations.
Serving prospects and customers through a consultative selling, trusted advisor role to assist them in recognizing and tackling business opportunities and risks, and helping them accomplish their goals.
Participating in community and business functions/groups to ensure a positive image for the bank within the regions marketplace. Establishing referral contacts within the community.

You also bring the following skills and
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Business or Accounting.
Three or more years experience in Commercial Banking with proven performance, ability and knowledge.
Demonstrated sales and business development skills.
Formal Credit Training or equivalent education and experience strongly preferred.
Thorough credit knowledge of both C&I and CRE lending.
Proven strong business development and lead generation skills.
Consultative sales skills (i.e. listening and questioning, negotiating, closing and networking).
Advanced analytic skills.
Advanced PC and spreadsheet skills (Excel preferred).
Advanced credit analysis skills,understanding the impact that loan pricing and structuring has on the bank.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
