Quantum Tech Staffing is looking for a Java Developer for a contract with one of our clients in Trenton, New Jersey.
This contract is for one Java Developer to be assigned to maintain application support for a browser-based web, n-tiered software application developed using Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE).
Web Server
The web server software selected to support the application is the Sun Java System Web Server, version 6.1 Service Pack 3. The web servers are responsible for communicating with the user's web browser by receiving and responding to hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) requests. These requests include static and dynamic content. Static content will be served directly from the web servers and includes hypertext markup language (HTML) pages, cascading style sheets, JavaScript libraries, and images. Dynamic content requests are routed to one of the application servers for processing; the results of the processing are then returned to the user through the web server.
