Our client is growing and further developing their engineering staff. They need to add a Manufacturing Engineer who will work to improve the methods of production for their generator based products. The company is located within commuting distance of Oshkosh. It is a great area to raise a family.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering and 3
of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
2. They need a change agent who will help them with process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives and better plant layout
3. Knowledge of work method and time studies
4. Some design experience with either AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
5. Good team, communication and computer skills are needed

Duties:
Your focus on continuous process improvement. You will lead you to projects which include: time studies, production support, line balancing, ergonomics/workstation design, plant layout, as well as capital equipment justifications, machine builds and fixture designs.
Additionally, you will troubleshoot manufacturing issues
Help to develop cost reduction strategies

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
