The CLG team includes our home mortgage, home equity, consumer credit card, personal loans and lines, direct auto, dealer services and commercial auto, retail services and education financial services businesses.
The CLG Home Mortgage Production Finance Team is looking for a highly experienced, talented, finance professional for a high visibility position supporting the Home Mortgage Retail business from a pricing, financial pricing / revenue analysis, and reporting perspective.
This individual will be responsible for providing and recommending decision analysis for the Retail channel involving the most complex pricing initiatives and cross department coordination. This role will work with the highest level of management to drive pricing / revenue management decisions and thoroughly understand channel action / impact.
The qualified candidate will be an experienced finance professional who is regarded as technical expert in pricing and revenue management. She/He will bring a broad expertise and unique knowledge/skills used to develop pricing / revenue objectives and principles.
Duties may include the following:
- Driving / owning the final development of loan level revenue tool and analyzing output to determine what / if any actions should be taken
- Thoroughly understanding revenue drivers / assumptions / inputs associated with the Home Mortgage Retail pricing
- Works on significant and unique issues involving analysis and evaluation of highly complex situations/data. Example: pricing associated with new product rollout
- Develops strategies and makes recommendations for forward financial planning
- Constructively challenges the standard way of doing things
- Work with Capital Markets Finance and Capital Markets Pricing / Servicing Analytics
- Providing guidance to current financial consultant Examples of responsibilities include:
- Modeling channel economics (locks and fundings) at loan level - both revenue and expense. Allowing business to view economics in various or more efficient ways such Margins by threshold bucket or Margins by product / program
- Understanding pricing and margin impacts associated with GSE / FHFA changes, servicing value analytics / changes, specified pools, high balance, etc.
- Educating broader team on pricing / revenue management
- Driving thoughtful revenue maximization recommendations
- Providing guidance to current financial consultant
- Setting sound and aggressive expectations associated with all of the above and drives for results
Basic Qualifications

years finance experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8
years recent and relevant experience and a demonstrated progression of financial consulting roles with increasing levels of complexity and responsibility
Preferred Skills
- WFHM pricing experience including price build (security price to street), thresholds, and loan level price adjusters
- Understanding of profit / loss statement, specifically revenue economics including net interest income, servicing value, base pricing levers, direct income, and marketing gain / loss drivers
- Significant interaction and relationship building experience with senior management including SVP level or above
- Examples of creative ideas that were driven to a decision / action
- Understanding of WFHM loan level data flow, specifically revenue economics
- Understanding of origination systems (CORE, LIS, LPS, 3step)
- Product / programs knowledge
- Proven track record of proactive, innovative thought leadership with high impact results
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills - including PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Prefer MBA and/or long-term proven finance/accounting leadership experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
