Supplier Quality Engineer Lead position for the Camden facility.
Responsibilities and work content includes:
- Spearhead supplier quality related improvements for the site, - Prioritize site issues requiring resolution, develop improvement/resolution strategies and plans, and drive to execute those improvement initiatives Basic Qualifications - Must have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance - Demonstrated basic understanding of audit techniques and ability to analyze and resolve process issues varying from basic to very complex - Strong leadership skills.
Can-do attitude with the ability to seamlessly transition from a strategic approach to tactical application.
Experienced in communications with all levels of management.
- Effective Communication Skills:
Written, Oral, Listening, Presentation, Technical Writing - Effective interpersonal skills, including Team building and Collaboration - Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Desired skills - Experience working effectively in a Matrix Management Environment; ability to motivate and lead team members that do not report to you - Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision in a fast paced environment - ASQ Certification or Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green belt/Black belt) - P2P and SAP Application
