D&B offers exciting career opportunities and we are currently hiring a Sr. Director, Global Data, Insight & Analytics Consulting for our Short Hills, NJ or Center Valley, PA location.
D&Bs Global Data, Insight & Analytics (GDIA) Consulting practice includes activities to drive data to insight, providing customers with a compete view of their customers and prospects which is critical to making informed business decisions. This objective is met by working with our customers in a consultative manner to assess their current assets and capabilities in context of their strategic objectives, as the basis to identify gaps, define initiatives to remediate those gaps, and then execute projects and define solutions that meet our customers near- and long-term objectives.
The Senior Director, GDIA Consulting position plays a critical role in defining, developing, and enhancing this capability as well in providing consulting services to D&B customers, with a focus on data, resolution, and insight-enablement. This includes helping to build and expand customer relationships by interacting with GDIA and other D&B teams across multiple disciplines to deliver services and solutions that are tailored to meet the unique business goals of each customer.
Specific responsibilities include:
Support development and enhancement of D&Bs GDIA Consulting services
Support sales teams in pursuit of GDIA Consulting opportunities, including working with C-level customer resources to understand their critical business drives to identify and qualify opportunities
Develop and perform customer research to qualify potential GDIA Consulting opportunities
Liaison with cross-functional D&B teams including sales, analytics, technology, and product from opportunity-identification to solution-implementation
Lead cross-functional teams to identify customers challenges and key success criteria, define solutions, and deliver results
Develop presentations, proposals, and SOWs
Plan and manage teams of D&B, customer, and 3rd-party resources for specific GDIA Consulting delivery
Provide thought-leadership to D&B teams and to customers, including planning and providing education and training in D&B practices and GDIA Consulting
Key Requirements:
At least 10 years of customer-facing engagements including leadership roles related to project management and/or consulting
Skilled in converting complex, detailed concepts into strategic propositions which can be embraced by individuals at different skill levels
Strong analytic skills related to business processes and operations, from problem identification to resolution
Solution development and delivery
Ability to work both independently and in a team structure
Experience in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Insurance, Hi-Tech, Retail, Logistics, Telco, Government
Track record of sales support related to complex service-based consulting engagements
Ability to handle sensitive information and materials in a confidential manner.
Strong written, oral and presentation and communication skills to address and influence customers, peers and senior leaders
Travel to customer sites, estimated to be approximately 25%

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
