Step 1:
Manager in Training
Compensation: $34,000-$40,000
Training period 3-12 months
Learn our company from the ground up
Step 2 :
Operations Manager
Compensation: $50,000 plus bonus based on performance of branch
Manage your own branch
Career & Salary Growth:
WE PROMOTE FROM WITHIN! After successfully completing the Management Training Program, employees will be eligible to become an Operations Manager and have the chance to run their own All My Sons location.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing our interstate & local moves, storage operations
Planning and scheduling customer moves
Pre-move confirmation and Quality Assurance calls
Cost containment (Moving supplies - inventory control)
Safety, DOT and Industry regulation compliance
Warehouse storage management
Managing our vehicle inspection and maintenance program
Working closely with our sales department & Operation Manager
Daily administrative paperwork.
Job Requirements:
Have
ability to workEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
