The Software Developer is responsible for creating, maintaining, and expanding software systems over multiple platforms, which are used internally and externally. This position demands a high degree of knowledge, adaptability and accuracy in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your existing skills and to gain new skills at all times. This is considered an experienced developer position and requires strong technical skills in ASP.NET, C#, SQL and web technologies.
POSITION
Responsibilities:
o Developing all aspects of n-tier ASP.NET enterprise-level software solutions using Microsoft technologies
o Designing & developing SQL Server based relational database architecture
o Developing interfaces between business applications
o Creating and maintaining desktop applications and windows services
o Building interactive client reports
o Writing technical and support documentation
o Contributing to the success of a rapidly growing, cutting edge software framework

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
o Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline required
YEARS OF
Experience:
o 3
years ASP.NET, C#, .NET Framework, programming / development experience
o 3
years experience building tables, views, stored procedures in SQL Server 2000-2008
o and ADO.NET
o 3
years experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX and Web Services

DESIRED/PREFERRED
Qualifications:
o Strong experience with Visual Studio and Visual Source Safe
o Excellent knowledge of OO design principles
o Ability to use Agile Development principles to release quality product on time
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize while dealing with multiple projects
o Ability to work independently or on a project team
o Working knowledge of Active Reports a plus
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
o Self-motivated, self-directed individual who takes pride in their work product
