Liberty Mutual Personal Insurance is actively searching for an experienced Business Systems Analyst for the Personal Insurance Distribution Systems team. In this role you will be primarily focused on supporting strategic and third party initiatives that benefit our internal sales and service representatives as well our external partners. You will be responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle such as project scope/ initiation, requirements, test planning, testing and implementation.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with sponsors to understand project scope and sponsor requirements.
Developing and maintaining accurate and comprehensive business requirements.
Developing thorough and accurate test strategies and test plans.
Executing test plans and ensuring that the system meets the business requirements.
Assisting project managers with complex tasks.
Facilitating and participating in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technical discipline and 3-5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to identify, manage and make sound process improvement recommendations to peers and management.
Proficiency in business process modeling (e.g., as-is and to-be process flows).
Effective oral and written communication skills.
When required, ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to efficiently manage various tasks simultaneously and adapt well to change.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience working in an Agile and/or Waterfall methodology is preferred.
