POSITION SUMMARY
The individual will be part of an exciting opportunity and innovative team providing the United States Army Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA) high quality, efficient and effective Information Technology (IT) services. LOGSA is a dynamic organization whose mission continually evolves and/or changes and the individual''s ability to remain flexible and adapt to those changes are essential.
This position is for an application systems analyst who under general supervision, formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Competent to work on most phases of applications systems analysis activities, but requires instruction and guidance in other phases. May us CASE tools.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Self starter and ability to work with minimal guidance
Successful experience in fact-finding activities
Ability to prepare and edit documentation
Must be proficient
EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree desired but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
