As a Digital Media Planner, you'll work as a part of a team that is responsible for developing digital media strategies for a book of client business to help them achieve their hiring goals. If you have experience and a knack for Search engine marketing, social media strategy, mobile and other digital media this is a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Act as a media expert for assigned clients and Client Service Team, including planning and buying of media
Development of strategic and validated custom digital media plans based on historical ROI data and 3rd party Audit resources
Provide marketing expertise, including online and offline strategy development
Enabling client to gain a recruiting advantage in the market through the application of digital marketing techniques, tools and methodologies
Presenting & selling plans to internal and external clients
Negotiate effective media deals
Perform campaign analysis directly relevant to optimization and/or planning and buying decisions
Analyze multiple sources of external data to assist in planning and buying decisions
Skills/Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
3-5 years digital media planning experience in an ad agency
Strong digital understanding and analytics across all platforms (social, mobile, web) as well as an understanding of traditional media (print, broadcast, outdoor).
Ability to develop strategy,
Excellent negotiator
Masterful understanding of search engine media environment, including the players and supporting technologies
Ability to understand client goals and how they translate into media strategy
Process oriented, with the ability to manage all aspects of a campaign
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Government/ defense background extremely helpful across both marketing and recruitment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as negotiation and presentation skills
A working knowledge of MS-Office product suite
A curiosity for innovation and what's new regarding digital ideas for specific client challenges
