Schneider Electric, the leading provider of business weather solutions, is seeking an entry-level professional with a positive attitude to work full-time in our state-of-the-art, 24x7 Meteorological Operations Center. The primary role of an entry-level Meteorologist at Schneider Electric is to provide world-class graphical weather support to our SaaS product, utilized by 14,000 unique business clients. Schneider Electric Meteorologists utilize in-house technology to analyze data from meteorological sources and create custom graphical forecasts to identify high-impact weather events across unique and independent vertical markets. Our Meteorological team has access to the most advanced equipment and the most complete data sets available.
Qualifications:

BS degree in Meteorology or Atmospheric Science from an accredited university is required; 0-1 years of professional experience
Proven synoptic analysis and forecasting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work alternative shift-work schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
High energy individuals with positive attitude only
Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate/collaborate with others.
