SAS Programmer with Business Analysis to work within the Clinical Performance and Compliance (CPC) group in Santa Ana, CA. The person in this role will be part of an Informatics team to support risk adjustment activities.
Use your operational analytical skills to design/develop, program, maintain and publish reports. Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers. You must be self-directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.
Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.
Works with less structured, more complex issues.
Serves as a resource to others.
Requirements:
2
years of experience writing advanced programming in SAS
2
years of experience integrating data from large relational databases
Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel required
Applicants selected for an interview will be required to pass an SAS programming assessment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field OR HS Diploma/GED plus 4
years equivalent experience
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Please only apply if your salary expectations are between $60,000 and $80,000 and you are able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Experience reviewing SAS code would be helpful
