Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer

Start Date: August of each year
Responsibilities:
-Team coverage assignments: 1-2 sports during the academic year including travel.
-Assist the Head Athletic Trainer and Assistant Athletic Trainer with various administrative duties as assigned.
-Assist in the supervision of undergraduate students assigned to GC intercollegiate athletic teams.
Requirements:
-Regular admission to GC Graduate School.
-NATABOC Certification required by April 1 of the first year of the assistantship.
Stipend/
Benefits:
-$7,000 stipend plus full tuition and fee waivers
-Payment of state licensure fees and NATA dues
-Payment of liability insurance premium
-Annual continuing education allowance
-Additional income opportunities available, including summer camps coverage
