As a AIG Broker Services Representative, you will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide insurance brokers with account information, respond to inquiries and solve broker''s policy related issues.
In this position you get to work with some exceptional people; all committed to providing the very best in customer service. The position''s responsibilities include:
Handling inbound phone calls and emails from brokers, underwriters and AIG field sales personnel in a contact center environment. Support involves:
Provide brokers web site access and navigational support.
Provide brokers with general product information.
Troubleshoot and resolve policy related production issues.
Additional special projects as required
Demonstrated ability to perform in a sales support environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Must be highly organized and a self-starter.
Experience in a Contact Center environment.
Knowledge of insurance products and principles.
