years of experience in the Information Technology infrastructure industry to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The analyst will have a current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and be able to perform analysis on complex datasets using various scripting languages, including Perl or Python. The analyst will need to leverage knowledge of routed and switched environments to evaluate a wide range of communication protocols within the TCP/IP protocol suite. They should possess a comprehension of advanced IP concepts, including VoIP, IPv6, VPNs, intrusion detection, firewalls, and various other computer network defense and cyber-related concepts. Responsibilities Evaluating and analyzing complex data and telecommunication networks to enable Intelligence Analysis and Information Operations efforts Researching advanced target technologies to enable network and technology exploitation Developing network maps based upon data from a variety of sources Analyzing target systems/networks and characterizing system capabilities, limitations and vulnerabilities from a technical perspective Evaluating and analyzing data or telecommunication networks for the purposes of understanding exploitation and collection opportunities Supporting the development of new techniques to exploit specific protocols, technologies or types of data traffic 5
years of experience with IT/network analysis Strong oral and written communication skills Experience with using various tools for program and system analysis. Examples are Core Impact, IDA Pro, Metasploit, Nessus, Netcat, Nikto, Nmap, Ollydbg, PCAP tools, and WireShark Ability to perform protocol and network analysis, including TCP/IP, UDP, FTP, HTTP, and IRC Experience with advanced telecommunications, including LAN, WAN, routers, data communications, and connectivity Must have at least THREE of the following certifications: Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Certified Network Defense (CNDA) Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) SANS Institute Network Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking SANS Institute Hacker Techniques, Exploits and Incident Handling SANS Institute Forensics and Investigation CompTIA Security

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
