Required:
B.S in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree or technical experience
Five to eight years of electrical utility experience and knowledge of control systems, SCADA, electrical substations and switching stations equipment, e.g., transformers, circuit breakers, medium voltage switchgear, regulators, capacitor banks, disconnect switches and associated electrical system for switching and substations and or outside plant electric distribution and/or transmission systems.
Candidate must possess a working knowledge of SCADA, metering, A.C & D.C power and controls, alarms, and equipment monitoring systems.
Applicant must have effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong planning and organizing skills, must be adaptable and be results-oriented.
Clear and concise writing and verbal communications skills are essential.
On call 24/7 hours to handle emergency replacement work and assist during system emergency situation.
Must have a valid drivers license

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
