Job Details:
Duties include supervising patient care in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies/Procedures/Protocols and Standards of Care. Assist Nursing Administration with delegated management duties by functioning as the on-site administrative representative. When assigned, function as the Bed Control Supervisor. Coordinate and delegate the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicate findings as indicated to appropriate staff and serve as a resource person for nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues.
Only those who have graduated from an accredited school of nursing shall be considered. BSN is preferred. Educational and managerial career goals will be considered on an individual basis. Licensed to practice as a RN inSouth Carolina. Two years recent clinical experience required. Charge nurse experience preferred. Provide details in the application of your communication, organizational, planning, and critical thinking/problem solving skills. Knowledge of Word Perfect and Microsoft Excel is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
