Overview:
Performs a variety of routine production functions in accordance with company work instructions and procedures.

The employee in this position receives general supervision from: Bethany: 1st shift: Production Supervisor or Team Leader; 2nd & 3rd shift: Shift Supervisor. All other Plants: Lead Man - Production

Essential Job Functions &
Responsibilities:
1. Operation of all production equipment in their area with moderate level of supervision.
2. Work from standard Formula Sheets to load raw materials.
3. Familiar with all raw materials used in area by name, code and bin location.
4. Knowledgeable of handling procedures for all materials in area to prevent accidents.
5. Knowledgeable of all safety procedures and equipment in area.
6. Package out all products to correct weights or volumes following work instructions.
7. Perform all clean-up operations in the area, including but not limited to, washing of mixers and cleaning of packaging equipment.
8. Physical strength to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds frequently.
9. Must be able to work in hot and/or cold weather conditions in open warehouse area.
10. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
11. Must be able to climb stairs (open mesh) with varying degrees of pitch.

Job Specifications/Skills:
1. Good interpersonal skills.
2. Good oral and written skills.
3. Demonstrable ability to read and understand written work instructions.
4. Team cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers.
5. High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
6. 5% travel

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
