The candidate will be providing day-to-day prompt review of new bundle offerings, marketing strategies, and the associated marketing campaigns for firm?s suite of consumer and mass business products and services. Will be ensuring compliance with existing marketing policies, federal and state laws and regulations and assisting in formulation of solutions to any identified problem areas exposing company to risk. Coordinating with business, legal, external affairs, other colleagues, and outside counsel to ensure effective advocacy on a wide variety of issues related to firm?s advertising and marketing activities including bringing formal challenges to competitor advertising to insure competitive fairness and truth-in-advertising and defending claims brought against firm. Coordinating response to state and federal agencies on inquiries, requests for data or comments on advertising and consumer protection related matters. Coordinating internally and externally among different client organizations, including legal and other groups in addressing product, promotional and other marketing related issues, including the provision of advice and guidance on contract issues and appropriate risk allocation. Managing and/or providing advice and guidance on various company initiatives with an impact on external communications, such as those involving the development and implementation of new media, social media, and the systemic improvements to and/or modifications to product and service offers. Advising marketing clients regarding marketing strategy and offer development and claim substantiation and providing education and training of employees where necessary. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing marketing, advertising agency, and nationwide sponsorship agreements in support of firm marketing initiatives.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
