Sr. Application Analyst and Developer

Responsibilities:
1. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research
and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems:
a. Prepares detailed design specifications from which programs will be written.
2. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and maintains application programs.
3. Consults with users or other IT professionals to resolve issues with programs. Contributes to the development of project plans and timelines.
4. Provides estimates for planned work.
5. Exhibits strong business knowledge and builds strong customer relationships.
6. Occasionally leads small to moderately complex projects.
7. Performs other duties as assignedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
