DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise warehouse, receiving, and shipping Associates for daily operations
Conduct daily and monthly team meetings
Develop / Audit standard work practices for PC associates and correct on the spot
Daily recordkeeping for PC associates
Kaizen / 5s activities progress control
Point person for daily delivery issues
Develop and conduct training for all PC associates
Develop daily work schedules and monitor progress
Communicate daily operation problems to management
Ensure company policy education and adherence for all PC associates
Develop and maintain a safe working environment;
To achieve 100% on time delivery ( Customer and Production )
Keep Inventory Accuracy
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Coaching, motivating, and conflict resolution skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Logistics, warehouse, and receiving experience
Proven leadership and communication skills (Be able to explain)
Computer literacy
General TPS knowledge
Optimizing WH layout and material flow
Optimal Manpower Control
Minimum requirements (Work Experience, Education, Others)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (MUST meet minimum qualifications to be considered)
High School graduate/GED equivalent
Good attendance
Preferences (Work Experience, Education, Others)
PREFERENCES
Minimum of 2 years manufacturing supervisory or team leader experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Writing and administering performance reviews
Associate relations, including but not limited to: communication, recognition, policy review, disciplinary action
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job you may be asked to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift or carry component parts weighing up to 35 pounds-lifting parts in excess of 35 pounds with a lift assist, use hands to handle or feel parts, reach with hand and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear, use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, work on the production floor as needed, and frequent phone use and keyboardingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
