Working closely with the Localization Architect and International Project Engineers, the Developer is responsible for delivering applications and tools required to satisfy the requirements from the MBSI Team.
Key responsibilities will include participating in frequent team scrum meetings, reviewing requirements, providing code and database designs, coding, participating in code reviews, debugging and documenting functionality. This role requires an individual who possesses strong design and development skills.
Candidates should be well organized, motivated individuals with great communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to function successfully in a large, multi-cultural, worldwide-spread and dynamic organization.
TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
At least five years of development experience, preferably including tools development for localization.
Solid knowledge of international development, including globalization, localizability and localization
Proven experience working with Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, C#, SQL, XML and Unicode.
Knowledge of Microsoft international tools and localization XLIFF industry standard are a plus.
Experience with Azure, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX and Silverlight are an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Client service approach to working with people; must have an understanding of both business and customer issues.
Professional demeanor and the ability to build and maintain supportive relationships while injecting a sense of funEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
