As a Recruiting Manager you will responsible for:
o Prospecting for new clients and developing existing ones
o Establishing rapport through meetings and conversations
o Providing the highest level of customer service
o Negotiating viable strategies and solutions to your clients in order to help them meet their goals
o Maintaining a level of activity conducive to achieving growth expectations
o Working closely as a team to ensure goals are met on a daily and weekly basis
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
