The Global Marketing Analyst is the major analytical expertise and engine that generates marketing projections for the Global Marketing team. The Global Marketing Analyst provides critical data consultation including but not limited to predictive modeling and client segmentation analysis. The Global Marketing Analyst encompasses fundamental data analysis as well as complex statistical modeling. The Global Marketing Analyst is passionate about data maintenance, data quality control, and all other important data analysis techniques. The Global Marketing Analyst possesses a good understanding of multivariate data environment and superior programming skills (i.e., SAS). The Global Marketing Analyst is expected to lead various aspects of the analytical process including data mining, data modeling, and, ultimately solving critical business problems by utilizing all applicable quantitative knowledge and statistical techniques. In addition, The Global Marketing Analyst works with and presents to key management and business leaders across Marketing, Sales, Institutional and Relationship Management. The Global Marketing Analyst also requires interface with Technology and Operations teams to provide requirements for any infrastructure improvements that will enhance accessibility to client information. The Global Marketing Analyst is accountable for performing all of the statistical analyses across marketing programs and geographies to ensure proper projections and allocation of the $27.4 M marketing budget.
30% Design, plan and execute analysis targeting methodologies that optimize Direct Marketing ROI.
20% Creates statistical modeling that segments a project's marketing performance
20% Insight Mining and segmentation in order to optimize and redirect marketing budget spend.
10% Cross-Marketing program back end analyses to measure KPI performance.
10% Weekly Marketing Performance reporting, analyses and insight prepared to help the Executive and EMT level understand Marketing impact on revenue and margin performance
10%: Ad-Hoc Reporting.
This position is an individual contributor and has no supervisory responsibilities. Provides functional expertise through day-to-day work tasks. Works under the supervision of management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
Course of Study/Major: Statistics, Finance, Business
Type of Credentials/Licenses: Masters, MBA or Additional Advanced Degree (Ph.D., JD, etc.) is preferred but not required
Related Work
Experience: 4-6 years
-Thorough understanding of basic statistical methods, in order to explain findings to a broader audience
-Experience in one of the programming languages required (SAS, SPSS, C++,)
-Experience in SQL programming or relational database tools such as Business Objects
-Experience in multivariate analysis, decision tree, and non-parametric methods
-Excellent communications skills

-Strong project management experience and skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Great collaboration skills and experience
-Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access
-Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and possessing a strong understanding of the required infrastructure and management of data to help drive sales prospecting decisions
-Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
-Must be able to confidently interact, train and present.
-Strong knowledge of web research techniques on Google and Yahoo Finance; database skills and familiarity with standard market research sources including, but not limited to Lexis-Nexis, Hoover's, Factiva, Wealth Engine, inside
-Experience working with datawarehouses
-Detail-oriented person who enjoys both Marketing and numerical analysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
