Senior/Lead Cognos Developer
The ideal candidate would be a strong Cognos Developer who is experienced with Oracle and/or DataStage. Experience working with outside vendors and/or leading development teams is a plus.
EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Seeking a senior level developer with 6
years of experience in BI/Data Warehousing using Cognos
Experienced in report design and development in Cognos 8.4 environment. Must be highly skilled in the use of Cognos BI tools (i.e. Report Studio, Query Studio, Framework
manager
and Analysis Studio).
Experience with Oracle, DataStage, SPSS, OBIEE, and/or SAS is a plus.
Must have extensive experience in gathering requirements and analysis.
Experienced in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. From design, development, through testing and implementation.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with and manage vendors.
Lead experience in preferred.
This company offers a great working environment with lots of room for advancement.
Must be able to work directly on W2. No corp to corp and no visa sponsorship available. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
