Responsibilities:
o The BA will be responsible for leading all activities within the project. Specific expectations include:
Defining the scope
Requirements gathering
Communicate issue, risk and dependencies
Process Mapping
Facilitate creation of current, future and gap analysis
Overall, the Business Analyst should have excellent understanding of the SDLC process and strong communication skills. In addition, the resource should have the following skills:
Ability to work between the business unit and the IT department to prevent miscommunication and/or creation of unattainble goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience as a Business Analyst within multiple projects
