Primary Function
The Internal Account
executive
- TPO will build strong customer relationships and increase sales volume with existing, approved mortgage brokers as well as new clients. The main focus will be on client satisfaction and retention that will result in increased closed loan production via quality sales calls and pipeline management.
Provide superior customer service to our clients
Maintain and develop mutually beneficial
broker
and banker relationships
Meet individual & team monthly sales goals
Perform review of loans originated by third parties for general guidelines and identify outstanding items or questions that could cause closing delays.
Discuss conditions as dictated by UW and internal policy, and ensure client/client
manager
understands what is required.
Maintain daily workflow prioritization, and communicate accordingly, to ensure all urgent matters are dealt with, and purchase transactions do not carry beyond target close date.
Resolve problems and questions with underwriting department and secondary marketing department.
Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry
Maintain compliance with the New Penn Financial Code of Conduct

Requirements
Minimum two years of mortgage sales experience with at least one year in a call center environment
College degree or equivalent work experience
A solid understanding of the mortgage origination process
Wholesale & Third Party Origination experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to quickly connect with people in an outgoing, friendly manner
Proven persuasive, selling & communication skills
Proven success in a fast-paced environment
Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills
Ability to work independentlyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
