Responsibilities: Understand the business requirement, and use the knowledge and experience of IBM Case
manager
to develop solutions
As a FileNet Application Developer in MB IT, your responsibilities will encompass the following:
o Develop high-profile applications through Object-Oriented design using Java, J2EE & FileNet P8 technologies.
o Lead projects with small and large teams, covering various aspects of software development, process and methodology.
o Participate in warranty activities for applications delivered by the Imaging team.
o Participate in best practices and technology direction discussions.
Qualifications
o Minimum of 5 years of IT experience
o B.S. - degree in
computer
Science or related field
o Excellent technical and analytical skills
o Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, instant messaging)
o Proven track record of delivering quality projects/application
FileNet Skills Required:
o FileNet P8 Case Manager 5.1 and/or 5.2.
o FileNet P8 5.1 and/or 5.2 (Process Engine, Content Engine and Application Engine)
o Designing complex workflow processes.
o Development of custom components using FileNet CE, PE & Case Manager APIs
o Business Process Framework
Some Java & J2EE Skills Required:
o Experience in Core Java
o Experience with J2EE technologies (JSP, Servlets, JSF, JSTL, EJB, JMS, Web Service, JavaScript, AJAX)
o Experience with DB2 database.
o Experience with IBM WebSphere application server
o Experience with Unix (AIX) and Windows Operating Systems.
Desired Skills:
o Frameworks - Spring, Struts and Hibernate
o Java Design Patterns
o Experience with Oracle Database.
