Marketing Brand Manager

Develops and implements annual long term strategic business plans for assigned businesses including all objectives, strategies and tactical considerations.
Manages P&L; for business including volume, costs and profit.
Helps develop brand positioning and ensure consistent brand
communication
to the consumer.
Works with outside Advertising, Consumer Promotion and Packaging agencies to ensure all projects assigned are completed to our high quality standards and on a timely basis.
Works within the creative development process via direct agency interaction on Consumer Promotions.
Manages cross-functional teams (Consumer Promotions, Purchasing, Packaging, Operations, R&D;, Finance/Trade) to ensure marketing initiatives get to market on time and are successful.
BS degree required.
Preferred
Experience:
Consumer packaged product experience.
Food marketing experience and/or with emphasis in commodity markets and/or meat specific experience a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
