Summary:
Director of Operations is responsible for operations from a corporate level which includes but is not limited to Commercial, Construction, Digital Media, Distributed Antenna, Small Cell, and other field operational responsibilities as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Participates and oversees the operational maneuvers that directly impact the field performance based on market needs.
Communicates performance, activities and needs to the Vice President of Operations.
Monitor field processes to minimize waste.
Strategize field operations and personnel management.
Create and maintain a positive work environment and supporting Multiband culture.
Interpret reports and set actionable goals.
Monitors daily metrics that indicate our performance, availability, and quality.
Monitor all active metrics and develop correction plans to ensure all operational drivers are achieved on schedule.
Consult on technical recruiting, equipment, and process evaluation to assist with the personnel and hardware/software decisions.
Define and implement support requirements for systems, personnel, and structure.
Develop management team(s) through effective communication and leadership skills.
Understand and oversee project management activities relating to field operations.
Other duties as put forth by the Vice President of Operations.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS (must have):
4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven leadership ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, management ability and operations knowledge.
Project management software and best practices preferred.
Experience in operations management preferred.
Profit focused, results-oriented and an effective motivator.
Strong
computer
skills including experience with Windows-based PC's, and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Works in both a field and office environment.
Some travel and driving required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
