SUMMARY

We are looking for trainers that are experienced, energetic, and have a passion for excellence to join our Team. In this role, you will have the responsibility of providing one-on-one fitness instruction, orientations, assessments and training for all fitness center members. You will have the opportunity to offer Personal Training and /or Small Group Training to any and all members in a world class facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Supports and implements training programs for members that promote increased participation in and adherence to a healthy lifestyle
o Demonstrates required knowledge and skills, is proficient at creating individualized exercise programs, and competently performs health appraisals
o Actively seeks out opportunities to improve the appearance of the equipment and facility and personally cleans equipment after working with client or as needed
o Arrives to work up to 10 minutes before start of scheduled shift to ensure fitness area is in top condition and participates in all closing duties including: escorting members out of the facility, checking locker rooms and pool areas to ensure areas are vacant and safeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
