Loan Counselors work with customers who are struggling to make their mortgage payments in order to help them save their home. This includes inbound/outbound telephone contact with the customer. As a Loan Counselor, you will receive comprehensive communications and mortgage servicing training.

. Preference will be given to candidates with call center and/or loan counseling experience.
