Requirements: Bachelors degree in
engineering
and at least 4 years experience in a small device manufacturing environment is required. Must be able to work with Engineers with minimal guidance and have good analytical and problem solving skills. Must be a self-motivated, hands-on individual with a strong sense of urgency and passion for the customer. Must have the ability to react quickly to changing requirements and new processing developments as well as have a keen interest in quickly learning and applying new skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience with CAD systems, Microsoft Project and other relevant software systems a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
