You obsess about the guest AND your team, and you know what they want to experience.
You like to work fast, but meticulously. You know systems and controls, local store marketing, and the difference between a shaker and a shot glass.
You learned all that restaurant management stuff during your 2 years at another full service- high volume restaurant concept we've heard of. You know this stuff like some people know their favorite pair of jeans. You're proactive, you're smart, and gosh darn it, people like you.
We're looking for you!
We are a restaurant brand you know very well. We entertain the masses through food, drink, entertainment and excellent service, and the masses love us for it. Now we have a place for you if you know how to drive people in the doors and shake this town like a Polaroid picture! You will be recognized and rewarded for your results! (Ticker tape parade optional!)
