# Global Wealth Management Operations Summary
Global Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank in JP Morgan's Asset Management line of business. The Private Bank is the world's premier service provider for Ultra High and High Net Worth individuals. Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations. Global Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.
Job Description
The Global Wealth Management Operations Analytics & Reporting Manageris responsible for all GWM Operations management reports, including the identification, reporting and analysis of critical volume, quality and control metrics that properly highlight the health of the organization. This includes the creation of new tools to enhance the transparency of key indicators globally to mitigate risk.
The AnalyticsRporting
manager
manages an Associate locally and has oversight of an offshore team that assists with report production. The individual must have strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written) to work with and influence internal business partners. This
position
requires communication directly with various levels of management. In order to perform effectively in this function, the manager must be highly creative and analytical, from both a technology and report design perspective. The individual will need to work effectively both independently as well as in a team environment and must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment. He or she must be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and have strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Manage GWM Operations management reports and reporting agenda / environment
Lead the design, support and enhancement of senior management reports
Partner with the GWM Operations Risk Leadership Team to implement consistent reporting standards/practices across operations
Identify / Implement leading Key Risk Indicators (KRIs); monitor these indicators on an ongoing basis and look for opportunities to drive improvements; facilitate effective communications to Operations and senior management related to these KRIs.
Partner with Asset Management Business Management Team to drive consistent reporting across AM Operations
Lead / Participate in other ad-hoc risk initiatives

Outstanding analytical skills, excellent business judgment, strong problem solving and effective decision making ability
Ability to be a leader but also work within an overall team environment
Ability to adapt to work flow variation and change
Ability to think strategically and execute a strategic plan
Ability to negotiate and influence others outside of direct reporting responsibility
Experience in a regulated broker-dealer and / or wealth management business preferred
Experience in risk management, audit, or operational roles preferred
Bachelor''s degree (BS / BA) required
