The DC and Southeast Regional Sales Manager will recruit, hire, train, mentor, coach and lead a team of Regional Business Development Directors Business. The DC and Southeast Regional Sales Manager will lead the revenue generation and customer acquisition by developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan covering all aspects of the business development model including prospecting, sales cycle management, quota attainment, client account management, retention and up-selling. Duties also include:
Lead by example and show, train and enable Business Developers in the region to successfully achieve their targets.
Demonstrate passion about our customers and the market we serve. Possess a sincere desire to be with our customers and help them achieve both their individual and their organizations goals.
Approve region goals and milestones for each sales territory along with Managing Director East.
Coordinate regional marketing, business development and sales activities.
Coordinate the efficient use of technical and consultative resources to enhance the sales process and fulfillment of client obligations.
Work closely with the client organization to administer solutions for implementation problems and provide operational improvements.
Provide timely information regarding sales operations, accomplishments, problems and proposed solution.
Use sales tools to monitor and track activity, pipeline and opportunities.

BASIC
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience selling to legal solutions to both law firms and corporate legal departments and an understanding of the business drivers of legal technology solutions is highly preferred
Bachelor?s degree
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Minimum 5 years experience managing a team of successful sales professionals
Minimum 10 years high level consultative sales experience
Successful track record in recruiting and hiring top talent
Experience developing sales and territory plansEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
