The Hardware Technician is responsible for consulting with users and executives for determining hardware and software functional requirements based on business needs and defining hardware standards for internal customers including PC, POS, A/V, and peripherals. This person is responsible for the timely setup and troubleshooting of hardware and software. The Hardware Technician may occasionally be called upon to provide support at the user's location, if the problem cannot be resolved remotely, and will be required to periodically be on-call after regular business hours and on some weekends.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
