Job Description:
In today''s changing environment, government agencies are seeing an increase in physical and cyber threats, financial and performance reporting requirements, diversity in the workforce, and the impact of rapidly changing technologies. Our growing Public Sector Advisory practice provides
management
consulting, technology consulting and risk consulting services to help government agencies anticipate and address their most complex challenges. Our Public Sector practice works with Federal, State and Local Governments as well as International Agencies on a range of complex matters. Additionally, our Junior Military Office program provides an opportunity for service members who excelled in their military career to continue serving their country through Public Sector consulting. Professionals in PwCs Public Sector practice are subject to a government security investigation and may need to meet related eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Our People & Change consultants help clients optimize their people strategy. This high performing team helps clients with human resources strategy, program delivery as well as develop the right organizational design. Additionally, they focus on driving change in leadership and culture, workforce planning and performance, and human resource operations and technologies -- leveraging change management and communications, capability development and training.
Position/Program Requirements:
Preferred Knowledge Demonstrates some knowledge and understanding of organizational design and operations within enterprise-wide, multinational corporations in some of the following areas: business operations, talent management, change management, development and delivery of learning programs, project management, financial management, accounting, risk management and/or process improvement. This includes some exposure to building detailed organization designs, including reporting relationships, complex linkage, and unit-level accountability. Masters of Business Administration or Masters degree in Organizational Behavior preferred. Preferred Skills Some proven abilities with identifying and addressing client needs and delivering quality results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, including leveraging MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word to accomplish the following: - Developing an understanding of PwC''s services, interacting with client counterparts in an organized and knowledgeable manner, and building solid relationships with clients - Collecting and organizing data effectively and performing basic analysis, such as benchmarking reports, and financial, market, and operational analyses - Structuring approaches to solving discrete problems, delivering clear requests for information, and demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks - Conveying ideas clearly in an oral and written manner, both one-on-one and in small groups - Applying research and analytical skills to support thought leadership and intellectual property development Proven track record of some success as a team member: - Contributing to a positive work environment by building solid relationships with colleagues - Understanding individual and team roles - Seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback when necessary Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 1 Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
