Summary:
Directly reporting to the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager this position coaches the Food and Beverage team, and delegates assignments/duties while working to accomplish departmental goals, strategies and objectives, assuring quality product, maximum guest satisfaction, and maintaining budgetary profit margins
Essential Job Functions:
Directs the daily work activities of assigned personnel within the Food and Beverage facility.
Ensures sufficient staffing of all Food and Beverage areas
Establishes policies and procedures for Food and Beverage team members, to include safety and personal hygiene.
Ensures that team members have all required certification validated.
Perform routine inspection of all Food and beverage areas and equipment.
Serves as a dynamic and energetic leader, while fostering teamwork, team member morale, motivation and open communication.
Acts as a role model and coach while developing team members using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
Ensures that team members clearly understand and are held accountable for their performance expectations.
Provides appropriate recognition and rewards to individuals and groups when consistent superior performance is attained.
Ensures venue products and Food and Beverage experience surprises and delights the guests.
Visible in all areas engaged with guests and team members, ensuring all guests expectations has been met.
Manage employees performance according to spot light behaviors
Ability to conduct a fun informative buzz session
Solicits and responds to guest feedback by direct interaction.
Supervises all front line Food & Beverage employees, which includes maintaining proper employee relations, recognition, evaluating performance and administering discipline.
Portrays ability to maintain an exciting and fun environment.
Responsible for maintaining all employee records.
Adheres to all Internal Controls, policies & procedures.
Responsible for appropriate/accurate inventories of supplies.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal controls, policies and procedures.
Communicates and cooperates with the food & Beverage production management team.
All other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age.
Must have excellent leadership and customer service/communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills required.
Must have a professional experience, be able to lead people and be a team player.
Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work requires knowledge of
computer
programs- Microsoft Suite.
Education and Work
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree in culinary arts, hospitality or hotel management preferred.
Previous supervisory experience in high volume restaurant industry preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in food and beverage required
Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time (4 hours).
Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling employee conflicts.
Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property and from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; and, have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and kneel.
Respond to visual and aural cues.
Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing dust, loud noises and bright lights.
Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.
Ability to speak distinctly and persuasively.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
