Overview:
The Manufacturing/Lean Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing lean manufacturing processes and process improvements throughout CCSC.

Functional Interactions:
The Manufacturing/Lean Engineer reports to the VP & GM and works with all the functional managers in the company to develop and implement process improvements established by and for CCSC. This position also works with any and all employees to improve the work flow anywhere in the company.

Functional Requirements:
Develop and implement a lean manufacturing process to determine and implement lean process improvements.
Effectively assess savings, costs, timing, and prioritize which improvements should be implemented and in what order.
Analyze capital projects, purchase needed equipment, and ensure successful installation.
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing for AFEs required for capital purchases.
Work with a large variety of employees to sell process improvements.

Qualifications:

Education / Certification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Skills
Must have significant experience in a fabrication shop
Experience in the heat exchanger manufacturing business preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain sitting for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to do occasional lifting up to 35lbs as regular daily activities necessitate.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
