Responsibilities
The Global Manufacturing and Quality (MQ) IT organization is beginning a challenging and exciting program implementing serialization across manufacturing sites. As part of Lillys anti-counterfeiting, the Global Serialization Program will give Lilly the capability to uniquely identify commercial product and provide serialized data through the supply chain. Ultimately, the program will ensure compliance with global legislation that seeks to increase patient safety. A key role in this program is the Business Process Architect position. The Business Process Architect, working with the
engineering
and packaging team members, will help to define and deliver the serialization technology solution, deploy software upgrades to the implemented sites, and enable integration of the solution with other MQ solutions. As the program progresses, this role will help the business partners leverage the technology and information to drive strategic business value for Lilly. This position reports to Jeff West, Serialization Consultant, MQ IT.
Key Objectives/Deliverables
Obtain a deep understanding of packaging and warehousing business processes
Understanding of IT Tools used by the MQ Serialization Sites, the configuration of those tools, and how these tools interact to support the business processes
Partners with the sites to determine deployment schedules, execute deployment project, and stabilize the solution
Facilitate sharing globally to increase business effectiveness by identifying opportunities for leveraging technology, process, and information through continuous improvement.
Work with Serialization leadership, other MQ IT Teams, and Enterprise IT architecture on cross-organizational issues. Act as interface between IT and Business Partners to influence the roadmap for solutions to meet business needs.
Responsible for understanding, influencing, and evolving the global design of the applications
Own the management of software suppliers to ensure appropriate understanding of business area and understand/influence the strategic direction of the product(s)
Partnering with the Serialization Architects, must be actively involved in architectural direction and strategy of serialization. Responsible for alignment of business architecture with other IT areas.
Coordinate change with other impacted interfaced systems
Evaluate impact of business process change from sites to serialization systems
Define and execute a strategy to generate business value from new data being collected by serialized processes.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering or Technology
Three plus years applicable experience
Experience with execution systems, commercial configurable software (COTS) providers and solutions, interfacing tools, and reporting tools
Experience supporting manufacturing, packaging, or distribution business areas
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.

Additional Skills/Preferences
Experience working in a regulated industry (i.e. GMP) and delivering within that environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships globally with those outside of the immediate business area
Demonstrated ability to understand and influence across organization, geographic, and functional boundaries
Excellent communication skills
Manufacturing site experience strongly desired
Experience with distributed (S95 Level 2/3) solutions

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
