Summary:
Ensure plant personnel and plant operations work within safety guidelines while meeting quality and productivity goals and working closely with other members and functions of the site leadership teams such as Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, HR and Finance.
Position Responsibilities-Essential:
Lead and manage all of the Sparta decoration production processes.
Lead the Sparta plant when the Plant Mgr. is off-site.
Achieve key process indicators (KPI) requirements through effective leadership and management.
Lead Lean, 5S, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant efficiencies and results.
Partner with key stakeholders to resolve issues/concerns in EHS, production, quality, labor, etc.
Guide decisions on equipment problem resolution and/or new equipment specification/modification.
Position
Responsibilities:
Evaluate losses and overall reports.
Conduct facility and area inspection to ensure EH&S, Quality, Production, and other KPI/standards are met and maintained.
Audit and review training compliance for Team Leaders, Specialists and Technicians.
Essential Skills and
Experience:
To completely perform this job, a candidate will need the education and experience generally obtained with a technical diploma and with 8 years of previous experience leading a production team of shift, in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will possess a strong business acumen, experience with making sound independent decisions and high attention to detail.
The preferred level of competency could generally be obtained through a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and with greater than 8 years of experience in a supervisory position in a manufacturing environment with experience with Lean Manufacturing, ISo and SAP. The candidate will have experience with Lean Manufacturing and be certified in Six Sigma. French language skills would be beneficial.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
