Responsibilities Include:
Serves as a liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology Departments to provide systems support and analysis, in order to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR and users of HR information systems.
Provided subject matter expertise in benefits administration, payroll processes and policy
Proactively assesses the needs for various HR/business functions and identifies, analyzes, and recommends business process and system enhancements.
Provides project management and oversight from conception to design and through to implementation.
Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during the course of projects. Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
Creates test scenarios and conducts and/or assists project team members in performing tests to insure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
Troubleshoots technical issues related to the HRIS system by investigating problems and developing detailed recommendations (including estimates of cost, resource requirements and risks) for resolution of issues. Manage resolution of issues to ensure completion on time and expected results achieved.
Works with HR team members to develop project scope of work documents and project plans which includes analysis of cost, benefit, work schedule, related risks and return on investment.
Works with functional areas to identify roles of project team members, project reporting structures, frequency of interaction and training requirements.
Drives consistency in application development, processes and policies while recognizing global, regional and local differences impacting design, implementation, communication and
training.
Provide HRIS system administration support as needed.
Manages vendor relationships.
Develop and deliver HRIS training to global HR team
Arrange data in spreadsheets to perform calculations find percentages and determine ratios. Analyze and interpret statistics to provide overview of findings.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in of the following areas:
computer
Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources (Preferred).

years in HRIS system experiences with proficient knowledge of Benefits administration, Human resource, project management, business analysis, process and policy.
Experience with Time and attendance system is preferred
Working knowledge of furnace operations preferred
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration in assigned area.
Knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS).
Skill in both verbal and written communication
Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail
Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
Considerable ability to solve problems related to computer system software and operations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
