Projects are more than just a square box, the philosophy of the company is to develop Placemakers. The projects may include: Master plans, urban design, parks and recreation, hospitality, mixed use, public libraries, municipal office space, transportation, health clinics, trailways, and more.
The position will have responsibility for:
Client presentation
Concept design
Leading the team of architects, landscape architects, interior designers
Programming
Project Management
MUST HAVES:
Licensed architect - NCARB preferred
Knowledge and basic skills in Revit, Sketch up or similar

years in the field

years directing other architects and staff
Experience with concept design for a variety of building types
Experience with client management
Experience with project management
Experience with programming
MOST IMPORTANT - A PASSION FOR THE PROFESSION Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
