The Background:
This leading organisation is actively seeking a Global Mobility Consultant to join their growing team. Reporting to the Global Mobility
manager
, you will be responsible for managing the internal assignment process from start to finish.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Provide support to assignees and line managers when the Global Mobility Manager is not available
Preparation of employment letters, assignment letters and remuneration worksheets
Calculates cost of living allowances and hypo-tax/NI amounts
Maintaining assignment data
Providing settling in and host country support for inbound assignees
Invoice and expense management
Ensuring costs are recharged to the businesses
Update remuneration statements
Monitor assignment end dates, start dates and drafts letters accordingly
Draft immigration letters
Researches immigration requirements for potential overseas projects
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of dealing with: global mobility or expatriate management issues. Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level and able to speak at least one foreign language.
