CNC Machine Maintenance

Performs diagnostics and repairs on all plant equipment, including but not limited to Vertical and Horizontal CNC machining centres, monorail systems, and leak test machines.
Provides assistance to identify areas for improvements.
Provides support and direction for process monitoring.
Responsible for Preventative and Predictive Maintenance.
Participates in the selection, scheduling and coordination of maintenance parts and service suppliers.
Communicates with departments and employees to exchange information and resolve issues.
Ensures the maintenance of quality standards, monitoring the observance of policies and procedures.
Collaborates in the planning and coordination of changes to machinery, equipment, production systems and methods of work.
Ensure tasks are performed within Environmental Management System guidelines and standards.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and procedures. Demonstrated leadership skills including facilitation, coaching, training and conflict resolution. Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills. Demonstrated proficiency with
computer
programs such as MS Office. High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
