, and working with individuals in branding and channel marketing, sales, and internal and external vendors. In addition, you will be managing budgets, monitoring estimates vs. actual costs and negotiating costs and terms with vendors. You will also manage planning and negotiation of venue, catering, accommodations, printing, exhibits, staging, AV, social activities and speakers' logistics.
To qualify, you should have 3--5 years' experience in corporate event planning, strong program management skills, and a thorough understanding of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and general database management tools.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
