Job
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance of all properties, buildings, and equipment within Crown Greencastle. Maintain close surveillance through observation to ensure proper utilization and upkeep. Direct and execute preventative maintenance program and total productive maintenance program. Lead equipment installation and building construction projects. Coordinate all aspects of building security in conjunction with corporate practices.
Qualifications:
This position requires a four-year degree or at least eight to fifteen years of prior experience in electrical, construction work and factory/industrial maintenance. Management or supervisory experience needed. Good communication skills a must and basic
computer
skills. Located in Greencastle, IN.
