The IT Business Development Representative will focus in new business development and be responsible to grow the company's IT/ Technical contract and permanent placement staffing product in the Philadelphia and South New Jersey market.
Through extensive, industry-leading training and a close team environment you'll be able to:
Expand new industry verticals within an existing market, including aiding in both strategic and tactical planning and implementation
Nurture long-term solid partnerships with customers, providing custom outsourced business solutions that include contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire of IT professionals
Consult with the top IT professionals and companies in the Philadelphia/ south New Jersey area, utilizing your technical / IT background to understand client needs and
position
appropriate solutions
Ideal candidates should possess:
At least 3 years sales experience in IT or IT Staffing
Bachelor degree, preferably in a technical field
Proven track record of business to business sales, particularly new business development, targeting technical end users.
